Assessment 2
Here is my assessment 2 prototype greybox project.
Theme: War Theme
Menu Scene: Created menu scene by using an image that is related to our them's theme and used buttons for all players. Always try to maintain the colour theme and the "My Scene" button to navigate to the My object scene which is the second game page of my project.
Object Scene: The missile was created according to the war theme object and used probuilder and the 3D shapes to build my missile object in Unity. Added some action buttons which are Move Left, Move Right, Rotate Left, Rotate right, Grow, Shrink and Reset. Used panel to put these buttons at the bottom of the object scene. There is another button named "Back to Menu" was created to navigate this page to the previous page(Menu page).
Used some colour codes which are related to our selected colour theme and maintained one particular font style in the whole project. This will be helpful to all users to connect with these two scenes without getting any distractions. Placed all the buttons in the correct location to find them easily and this will also be helpful for all users to save time.

Hi Sanduni, wow it's fantastic. Your menu scene is perfect. You have clearly organized button layout with perfect colors for the buttons. Also, you have selected the perfect background, which will give a clear idea about your game to the user. Also in the object scene, you have used perfect colors for the object, and it helps to interact with the users. Also, you have organized all the buttons so users can access all the buttons easily. Overall design and look are perfect for a user. I wish you all best in your future steps.
Thank you.
Hi,
Overall the WAR theme is displayed though your background image and the consistency is maintained on buttons and as well as the colors that you used in the project. In the menu It's better you use different color to highlight you seen, but it's better if you can move the highlighted button to top of the meu. By this user will catch the eye contact to your button but the eye contact to the other parts of the screen will be not focused.
Your object is pretty nice, It does look like a missile. Overall the font sizes on action buttons are too small. Other than that looks cool to me. Great work keep up the good work.
Hi,
I like the background image that you have used for the menu scene. It really gives the feeling of war. You have used a font style for the title of the menu scene which is highlighted on the screen. That's a good technique. Also, you have used hovering effects on buttons, so that users can identify the system changes. However, I think you could have increased the font sizes because it's so hard to see the texts on the buttons.
When it comes to your object scene, you have done a great job of creating the object. But, here also button texts are too small and it's so hard to identify the texts. That's the only issue I see in your scenes.
Thanks !!
